Service Description

A Sound Massage consists of a massage to part of the body, this will predominantly be a back massage. Traditional Swedish massage techniques will be used at the clients desired pressure. During the massage, the Tibetan singing bowl is placed on the body and played. This is likely to be placed on the chest or back area. This treatment CANNOT be undertaken if you answer Yes to any of the following: *Epilepsy *Severe mental health problems *Under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol *Respiratory failure or inflammation *Highly Metastatic Cancer (Cancer that has spread from where it started to another part of the body) *Pregnancy at any stage *Recent surgery (last 3 months) *Liver failure or inflammation *High fever, cold or flu *Contagious skin conditions *Mechanical device in the body (heart pacemaker etc) *Previous brain injuries or operations *Blood infections: sepsis, Bacteraemia (presence of bacteria in the blood stream), blood clots etc *Meningitis *Kidney stones or failure *Haemorrhage or Haemophilia *Lung infections or Pneumonia *Previously experienced a stroke or heart disease
